Shabbat Shalom! First of its kind, a tween drama involving exclusively Jewish families. Adam Sandler’s daughter (in real life and in the movie) is in 7th grade and suffers the worst kind of betrayal, the one from a best friend. Naturally, instead of making peace, she chooses to get even. Staring the entire Sandler clan (and Idina Menzel), watch this very cringey middle school comedy. I actually laughed a bunch so when I say cringe I don’t mean the jokes I mean the realistic middle-school awkwardness. Pretty entertaining if you’re looking for something light-hearted.
