Hold on to your hats, there are cameos, breaking the fourth wall, music from a millennial’s childhood and so much more! Wade Wilson/Deadpool (Blake Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds) is trying to live a normal life when the TVA (from Loki) asks for his help to regulate the multiverse. In order to ultimately save his universe he has to get the veteran hero Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) to help him. I think that’s all I can say without any spoiling. This movie delivers. It’s for the people who have watched all of the MCU movies, even the forgotten ones. It’s for the fans of the MCU comics and for 00s teenage girls and their musical preferences. It’s funny and violent and they couldn’t have done it any better. You’ll need sharp ears to truly catch every quip and reference that Reynolds makes but it’s amazing comedic timing. Disney hasn’t confirmed a Deadpool 4 and frankly I hope they don’t. Great watch if superheroes are your thing!
