Not a huge fan of Guillermo del Toro but it’s Oscar season so here we go. A remake of the 1947 movie of the same title, a carnival worker tries to con his way to fame and fortune. Bradley Cooper plays the main protagonist who believes he has a future as a psychic. Teaming up with Rooney Mara and later Cate Blanchette you watch how fame can come at a cost.
