Jose Hernandez from a young age dreamed of going to space. Growing up working in the fields with his family, he worked hard. Applying to NASA every year for over a decade, he refused to let any obstacle get in his way. Ultimately becoming one of the few selected to go on a mission. Hernandez is played by Michael Peña (Crash, Tower Heist) who I think does a really good job. Based on his autobiography, this is a super fun human interest story that will have you cheering for him the whole time. If you love space or want a feel-good movie, this is a good choice especially for family movie night!
