Based on the book of the same name, Anna (Sophia Carson) has come to London to study abroad when she’s charmed by a local, Jamie Davenport (Corey Mylchreest). I read the book first, and it surprised me because it didn’t follow the usual Nicholas Sparks formula. However, the movie has a completely different ending, so I ended up hating it. I’m usually not book loyal for movies, but here we are. Can’t say I’ll be rewatching this one anytime soon. If you’re looking for a rom-com to watch, this will fit the bill, but I’ll warn you, it’s predictable.
