A good-hearted thief does what he has to do to survive, but what happens when it’s not enough? Thor/Chris Hemsworth plays Mike, a tactical thief who has a number in mind for him to disappear. Unbeknownst to him, The Hulk/Mark Ruffalo is a cop who’s hot on his tail despite his unit thinking he’s crazy. There’s Halle Berry (tell me you don’t need me to tell you who she is), who is an insurance agent trying to survive male chauvinism in the workplace, and Barry Keoghan (Banshees of Inisherin, The Batman) whos unhinged on a motorcycle. Lastly, Monica Barbaro (A Complete Unknown and Top Gun: Maverick) is the love interest of Mike. Based on a novella of the same name, written by Don Winslow. Simply put, a lot is going on, and I don’t think I’ve liked a heist movie this much since Den of Thieves. It’s got jump scares and worlds colliding, and you really don’t know if you’re rooting for the thief or the cop. Great watch if you’re looking for a movie that you won’t be able to predict how it will end!
