First of all, I love Ryan Reynolds, but he was upstaged by Jodie Comer. I knew going in it was about a game character that discovers he’s in a video game. I didn’t realize that it was going to unexpectedly be a rom-com! Typical Reynolds style, there’s humor and snark at every corner but also innocent because his character is so pure to the world. Jodie Comer plays a video game character and a real-life person. If you don’t love the movie, you’ll have to love the soundtrack.
