I don’t care if you think you’re too cool for Will Smith, he will move you during the two and a half hours all while wearing tracksuits. Smith plays Richard Williams, the father of tennis legends Venus and Serena Williams. You get a behind the scenes look at the hard work and grit that it took to have the success that they have now. None of which would be possible without Richard and Brandy Williams. I haven’t done much digging on how accurate this movie is but regardless, the dialogue and way that the Williams family was raised will make you immensely proud to cheer them on. The Fresh Prince will no doubt be in the award circuit.
