Have you heard of Malissa Williams or Timothy Russell? Neither has most of the country. In this documentary, you are shown the scope of the 2012 shooting of Williams and Russell. The significance of this shooting is, police fired 137 rounds of bullets at the parked car. Taking place two years before the death of Tamir Rice, the Cleveland police department is put under scrutiny for how information and evidence were given to investigators and how they acted. We’re shown how the country’s tone was towards social justice and police reform leading into the 2016 presidential election. Overall this was a well-done documentary where you can see all the facts and draw your own opinion.
