Trigger warning: this film contains bullying and suicide
(This was released this summer so it’s not brand new but I didn’t see it anywhere so it gets reviewed now.)
Marky Mark’s son, who was bullied at school for being gay, commits suicide. In response, he begins an anti-bullying campaign speaking at different schools around the country and starts a cross-country walk to raise awareness. Accompanied by the ghost of this son, this is a movie about redemption and tolerance. This is based on a true story from 2013 that made national headlines. If you research you will get spoilers.
