1930, the time of prohibition and Al Capone, a violent gangster of Chicago who commands the illegal liquor business. Robert De Niro plays Capone and I’ll just say he’s terrifying. Kevin Costner plays Elliot Ness, a Prohibition agent that wants nothing but to take Capone down. But to what extent will he go? The cast in this thing is epic, Giorgio Armani is the wardrobe designer and it’s nail biting. Just because it was made the 80s doesn’t mean its cheesy violence. This is brutal and really shows you the tough time Chicago police had taking back control of the city. If you’re looking for a classic to watch tonight, here you go!
