Creepy, kooky and altogether spooky Wednesday is a thriving success in my book. Wasn’t completely onboard with this cause who could ever replace the OG Christina Ricci but Jenny Ortega is great. Wednesday Addams is taken to the same boarding school her parents went to where she’s hunted, haunted and caught up investigating a murder case. The deadpan comedy is really refreshing especially coming from a petite girl. I like the angle that Tim Burton took with this series and that’s big coming from me because I don’t like TB usually. It reminds me of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina but isn’t quite as dark. Lady Brianne from GOT, Christina Ricci, and Catherine Zeta-Jones are in it so the cast alone should get you excited. If I’ve peaked your interest give it a chance!
