Trying to save someone can be difficult, especially if they catch on. Spirited is a musical Christmas Carol where Ryan Reynolds is the one that’s trying to be saved by the ghost of Christmas present (Will Farrell) and things don’t go according to plan. This was a really creative and fresh take on a Christmas classic. I admittedly rolled my eyes at this when it came out but I’m glad that I was proven wrong. Also I was completely unaware that Ryan Reynolds could sing?! It’s hilarious, easy to follow, well-made, and would make a good family movie night (assuming the family is older than 13).
