The Pale Blue Eye

Batman teams up with Dudley Dursley to figure out who is killing US military cadets in the 1800s. Based on the book by Louis Bayard, Detective Landor (Bale) is requested to come to West Point to help them catch a killer. One cadet is eager to help him, a young Edgar Allen Poe. This isn’t a happy movie, it’s creepy and sinister but I mean if the movie includes EAP it’s not going to be delightful and cheery. I’ll admit I was a little bored but it did keep me on my toes. Maybe watch it during the day so you can go outside in the sunshine afterwards.
