Warning: if you get uncomfortable with awkward situations avoid this movie
Jonah Hill wants to marry Eddie Murphy’s daughter and Elaine from Seinfeld is Jonah’s mom. If that doesn’t set the scene for an hour of uncomfortable giggles I don’t know what will. The dry banter takes a toll when it starts effecting Hill and his fiancé (Lauren London, The Game). What the movie spotlights is how awkward blending a mixed race couple can be if people aren’t willing to look past race. Hill who wrote this movie shows off his comedy chops and I think this was a good return to comedy for him.
